We do not rent, sell, trade, or otherwise disclose your personal information or your customers' personal information (including phone numbers) to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
OverDryv ("we," "us," or "our") is an Automotive Business Operating System that provides shop management, payments, customer communication, and financial intelligence tools. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our platform and services.

- Account Information: Business name, contact name, email address, phone number, business address, and role within your organization.

- Payment Data: Transaction data processed through your connected payment processor. OverDryv does not store full card numbers or sensitive authentication data.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the platform, including feature usage, device information, and log data.
- SMS Communication Data: Phone numbers, message content, and delivery status for customer text messages sent through the platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the OverDryv platform and its features.
- To send transactional and operational SMS messages to your customers regarding appointments, estimates, work orders, and payments.
- To process payments and integrate with your connected accounting, payroll, and payment systems.
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- To analyze usage patterns and improve our services.

3. SMS Messaging & A2P/10DLC Compliance
OverDryv provides SMS messaging capabilities to help you communicate with your customers about appointments, estimates, work order updates, and payment requests. All SMS messaging is subject to the following compliance requirements:
A2P 10DLC Compliance
- All Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging is routed through 10-digit long code (10DLC) numbers registered with the Campaign Registry (CVR).
- OverDryv registers and maintains campaign use cases on your behalf to ensure fast carrier approval and message delivery.
- Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients. SMS frequency varies based on your shop's workflow and customer interactions.
- Recipients can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message.
- Replying "HELP" provides recipients with support contact information.
- Opt-out preferences are honored across all messaging campaigns and are stored in compliance with carrier requirements.
Customer Consent
By entering customer phone numbers into the OverDryv platform and sending messages, you confirm that:
- You have obtained prior express written consent from your customers to receive SMS messages related to their service appointments, estimates, and transactions.
- You are responsible for maintaining records of customer consent.
- You will not use OverDryv's SMS functionality for marketing messages unless you have obtained the appropriate level of consent under applicable law.
- You understand that transactional messages (appointment reminders, estimate approvals, payment confirmations) do not require prior express written consent but must still comply with carrier guidelines.
Prohibited Content
The following content categories are strictly prohibited in all SMS communications sent through OverDryv:
- SHAFT (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco) content
- High-risk financial content, including predatory lending and cryptocurrency schemes
- Deceptive or fraudulent content
- Any content that violates federal, state, or local laws
Violation of these content policies may result in immediate suspension of SMS messaging privileges and potential account termination.
4. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who support our platform, including SMS gateways, payment processors, accounting integrations (Digits, QuickBooks), and payroll integrations (Gusto).
- Carrier Partners: Telecommunications carriers and the Campaign Registry for the purpose of A2P 10DLC campaign registration and message delivery.
- Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OverDryv, our users, or others.
- Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. Payment data is handled exclusively by your connected processor and is never stored on OverDryv servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our services. Upon account closure, we will retain data as required by law and to complete any pending transactions. SMS message logs are retained in accordance with carrier compliance requirements.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
